About Me

As a designer, strategist, and consultant, I take a wholistic and creative approach to delivering high-impact, people-first initiatives.

As a consultant, I’ve worked across industries, from tech to higher education, to develop strategies and programs focused on employee enablement, culture activation, leadership development, and talent management. Prior to consulting, I worked at a workforce development nonprofit as a founding member of the L&D team. In this role, I was a part of scaling onboarding, employee development, and training offerings nationally.

My personal work philosophy and passion for people-centered organizations are informed by my love of art and nature. I believe that organizational change takes time and happens through everyday work and rituals. Natural ecosystems reinforce the need for active collaboration and communication within complex systems while my art practice reminds me that creating a unifying vision takes time and patience.

I hold a MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College. I’m based in Seattle, Washington. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, reading, and being outside on the Puget Sound.
